Strengthening Individuals, Couples and Families
Providing evidence-based, client-centered and compassionate therapeutic services for children, adolescents and adults.
Welcome to my Practice!
Congratulations on taking the first step towards leading a more balanced and authentic life. As a Therapist, it is my goal to guide you in your quest towards gaining greater life satisfaction, meaning and personal fulfillment.
Effective. Compassionate. Genuine.
Does this describe you?:
- Is pain from your past or worries about the future preventing you from living a full and meaningful life in the present?
- Do you find yourself struggling to balance work and school demands?
- Do you feel tense and restless and unable to relax?
- Are you feeling stuck by repeating old patterns?
- Are you looking for tools to help you navigate new and seasoned relationships?
If so, I can help.
I strive to provide a relaxed, safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable expressing your innermost thoughts and feelings related to current challenges and/or chronic conditions. As an interactive and collaborative Therapist, we’ll work together to customize a therapeutic plan tailored to meet your specific needs and objectives. I use a variety of effective therapeutic techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic (insight-oriented) Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. It is my desire to assist individuals, couples and families in changing thought patterns and behavior related to anxiety, daily stressors, mood concerns, life transitions and relationship/interpersonal concerns.
